• review and report on the progress of each project, ensuring budget and quality issues are regularly addressed

• have a ‘patron’ in the Minister for Major Projects, who gives the delivery of each project a strong voice across government and throughout the broader community
• undertake community consultation and stakeholder management to give the Victorian community a voice in the delivery of projects.
