Welcome to the Major Projects Victoria website Major Projects Victoria's (MPV) mission is to deliver projects that achieve exceptional economic, social and environmental outcomes for the Victorian community. During the last two decades MPV has delivered complex, large-scale and unique projects for Government - projects that have made Victoria a better place to be and helped define our State at a national level. During 2009, we will be involved with a number of projects on behalf of State Government clients, including the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium, the State Sports Facilities project and the Biosciences Research Centre. Major Projects Victoria is a division of the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development and reports to the Minister for Major Projects, the Hon. Tim Pallas MP.
